Q. Will AFX cars run on Autoworld track?
It impossible, but cannot guarantee that the car will stay on the track. All depends on thesis and depth of the guide and the size of the brushes. We have found that the AFX cars a little bigger although both name brands claim to be HO scale. We think of HO scale as 1/87

Q. Can I use Autoworld track with AFX track?
Yes we have an adapter track for $8.95 that allows Autoworld to connecting to TOMY and AFX

Q. What shipping method do you use for free shipping?
Usually it is USPS Priority or UPS depends on the actual weight.

Q: What payment method do you accept.

Q. How long does it take to process and ship orders?
A. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Some orders are shipped the same business day.

Q. What is the delivery time for orders?
A. The delivery time depends on the shipping method that we use. Usually it is 3-7 business days depending on the destination address.

Q: What is die cast?
A: Die cast is a term used in hobby industry referring to a model made with metal body. Diecast metal is made of zinc alloy. Die cast models are not necessarily 100% metal models.

Q. How big is the scale? ( 1/18, 1/24, 1/12, etc)
A: For example, 1:18 scale model means that the length of the model is 1/18 of an actual vehicle. If you chop up a vehicle into 18 pieces, one piece length will be the same length as the 1:18 scale model. 1:18 Scale cars are about 10"-12" inches long, 1:64 Scale cars are about 3" inches long, 1:24 Scale cars are about 7"-8" inches long, 1:32 Scale cars are about 4"-5" inches long, 1:12 Scale cars are about 13"-15" inches long. Q. How do I know what's in stock on your website?
A. All of the products listed on Hiteck are in stock unless specified otherwise.

Q. What name will I see on my credit card statement?
A. All our transactions will show “Hiteck” on your credit card statement.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. We have to be notified of all returns/exchanges within 30 days from the day the order was placed. We have to be notified immediately upon receipt if there are any damages or defects to the items so we can file a claim with a shipping carrier. If we are not notified right away, we will not be able to exchange the item or take it back for a refund. Merchandise must be in original factory condition and original box and has to be packaged exactly as manufacturer packed it. Please note: do not fix or glue little parts without our authorization. We will not accept any item back if it was glued or comes back to us without an original box. If items are shipped to shipping carriers in the USA and the shipping carrier then ships the items to customers in other countries, we will not be responsible for any damages to the items.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where Hiteck has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer. In this case, Members must contact Hiteck to obtain a return label or request merchandise pick up. Once the item is returned back to the warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or store credit issued for the full amount of the order if the correct unit is unavailable. Hiteck must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a week of delivery.
Unwanted Returns: Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the merchandise must be in unopened condition only.
Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated as Unwanted Returns, consequently they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. A store credit will be issued afterwards less 50% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.
We have to be notified right away upon receipt if there is damage to the item or it has a manufacturer defect so we can resolve this right away.
